The Black Heron Project is a passion project where we create small-batch, experimental beers that focus on and highlight local grain, local hops, and local fruit. 

Down & Dirty: Lyon Pale, Francin Pilsner, Cashup Soft White Wheat, Pale Buckwheat, Gazelle Rye Pale, and Sonora White Wheat, with German Hallertau Mittlefruh, and Tradition hops, and Bow Hill Blueberries

ABV: 5.6%          IBU: 10
Color: Dark red
Aroma: Blueberry and raspberry notes alongside cherry, plum and some lemon. Barnyard, rose, and white wine follow
Flavor: Gently sweet, moderately sour, and lightly bitter with lingering sweetness and sourness in light body with moderate carbonation
