Chimeratic

PACIFIC NORTHWEST IPA 

Chimeratic is a Pacific Northwest IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends from Aslan Brewing. 

Our friends at Aslan keep it organic, so we used all organic malts and hops for this collaboration which is hazy and bright with a roaring tropical nose, sharp papaya and mango notes buoyed by a moderately sweet body and a lingering, slightly bitter finish. We brewed this beer together to celebrate Aslan’s opening of their taproom in the Fremont neighborhood and created the Chimeratic as the logo because it was just cool to merge a heron with a lion.

Down & Dirty: Organic 2-Row Pale and Organic Pilsner malts, Organic Rolled Oats, Organic White Wheat with Organic Chinook, Organic Eldorado, Organic Sabro, and Organic Mosaic hops.

ABV: 7.0%          IBU: 40
Color: Hazy dark orange
Aroma: Floral, tropical, lemon, along with some stone fruit, herbaceous, and woody aromas
Flavor: Moderately sweet and bitter with medium body and carbonation and a slightly warming mouthfeel
