The Black Heron Project is a passion project where we create small-batch, experimental beers that focus on and highlight local grain, local hops, and local fruit. 

Down & Dirty: 2-Row pale malt, wheat, and rolled oats with Mosaic hops and Buddha's hand zest.

ABV: 6.1%          IBU: 6
Color: Hazy light orange
Aroma: Stone fruit, citrus, herbaceous and earthy
Flavor: Gently sweet, mildly sour, with a very slight bitterness and a touch of salinity
