PALE ALE WITH BRETTANOMYCES

From our Black Heron Project Series is a farmhouse ale brewed in collaboration with our friends from Almanac Brewing in Northern California using fresh Mosaic hops. This foeder-aged and bottle conditioned beer is hazy amber in color, has notes of tropical fruits including lemon, mango and pineapple, moderate bitterness with light sweet and sour, and a medium body.
