Hazy Cowiche Fresh Hop Ale is brewed from select organic hops grown in the Cowiche Canyon of the Yakima Valley which are harvested and placed into our kettle within 24 hours, creating a unique, once-a-year beer. We make Hazy Cowiche ale in partnership with hop-growing wizards from the Yakima Valley in an effort to expand the organic hop industry in Washington State...Because Organic Hops Matter! A portion of all sales fund the Cowiche Canyon Conservancy.

Down & Dirty: 2-Row Pale, White Wheat, Rolled Oats, and Malted Oats with FRESH Organic Cowiche Canyon Mosaic & Citra hops with Citra and Mosaic dry hop

ABV: 7.1%          IBU: 20
Color: Hazy dark yellow
Aroma: Grapefruit, orange with some mango. Slightly dank. Floral chamomile and honeysuckle with fresh cut grass.
Flavor: Gentle sweetness, mildly bitter, moderate lingering bitterness, lightly mineral and slight lingering sweetness. Medium body, some astringency, moderate carbonation, warming and moderately mouthwatering.
