Insight is a tart foeder-aged golden sour ale with kiwiberries.

Down & Dirty: 2 Row pale malt, rolled, and malted oats with Citra hops and kiwiberries.

ABV: 7.7%          IBU: 8
Color: Light amber
Aroma: Herbaceous with coriander, botanical elements (like juniper, pine, citrus, melon), and some floral
Flavor: Moderately strong acidity with balanced sweetness and low bitterness and medium body and carbonation
