The Black Heron Project is a passion project where we create small-batch, experimental beers that focus on and highlight local grain, local hops, and local fruit. 

Down & Dirty: Mecca Lamonta, Mecca Wickiup, Mecca Opal 22, and Skagit Valley NZ-151 malts, and GM Rolled Oats, Canada Malted Oats with Citra, Mosaic, and Strata hops.

ABV: 6.8%          IBU: 25
Color: Deep gold
Aroma: Lemon, floral, mango, bubble gum
Flavor: Grassy and spices with slight sweetness and moderate bitterness.
