The Black Heron Project is a passion project where we create small-batch, experimental beers that focus on and highlight local grain, local hops, and local fruit. 

Down & Dirty: Mecca Grade Lamonta pale malt, raw white wheat, and rolled oats with Goldings hops and raspberries.

ABV: 5.6%          IBU: 5
Color: Dark pink
Aroma: Raspberry, berry and other fruity notes with floral aromas
Flavor: Lightly sweet and bitter with a well-balanced acidity
