We brewed ZooBrew 40th Anniversary Lager for our friends at Woodland Park Zoo.

Down & Dirty: Gambrinus Pilsner malt and Crisp Flaked Corn with German Magnum and Willamette hops

ABV: 4.2%          IBU: 11
Color: Light straw
Aroma: Grainy, bread dough with some water cracker, slight sulfur notes, followed by floral, chamomile some honeysuckle, lemongrass, cantaloupe and then some lemon & earthy notes
Flavor: Gently sweet, gently bitter with a no mineral. Light body, no astringency, moderate carbonation, slightly warming and mildly mouthwatering

Availability: June 2024, limited.
Fresh Range: 120 days from packaged-on date
