We've been brewing at our family-owned craft brewery since 2009. We've brewed a lot of beer. Some were great. Some were strange. Some won awards. All of them mattered and helped get us to where we are today.

Our Barrel Program is guided by two values, excellence and patience. We source only the very best barrels and ingredients we can find. We never release a beer from its wooden paradise until it has reached its peak of barrel-aging.

Black heron project
The Black Heron Project is a passion project where we use our original 30-barrel East brewhouse, Oak fermentation foeders, fresh Oak barrels and Oak puncheons to create small-batch, experimental beers that focus on and highlight local grain, local hops, and local fruit.
